Can you do custom and personalized orders?
Absolutely! We can accommodate custom orders January through August. Because of our volume of sales during the holiday season, we are unable to take custom orders during that time. Our badge holders are a great gift, so be sure to plan ahead if you would like a custom design.
If you are ordering a design that includes a name or monogram, please include that information in the “note to seller” section when placing your order.
Can I change the color of the badge reel image?
Yes, in most cases, we can change the color. Simply indicate your color choice in the “note to seller” section when checking out. If we are unable to accommodate your color choice, we will contact you to discuss other options including refunding your purchase if necessary.

We take great pride in our customer service. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know, so we can make it right. Contact us with the details.
What if my badge reel breaks?
We make pieces that last, and if they don’t, we want to know about it. If it isn’t working or it is not holding up to its task, let us know within 60 days. Once you send us the broken holder, we will replace it with a new one.
